Exchange / Refund policy
We only accept exchange / Refund if damage item has been shipped out or wrong item has been shipped . Item once purchased won’t be refunded . We offer exchange timeline of 3 days. You must exchange the items within 3 days of receiving. You can visit our store at Boudha, Kathmandu for exchange. For online exchange delivery charge is applicable according to location.
